Yeah X41 with 2GB ram 667 compat.

I just installed and had it recognize 2GB of ram on my X41 even though all specs say max is 1.5GB.

DDR2 667 works, BUT note it won't run at 667, it runs at slower speed.

Nothing else but ddr2 works... in x41/x41t. google :)
