30 day return

It says on IBM's website "For a new IBM Machine, you may return it to IBM for any reason within 30 days of the date of invoice and obtain a refund or credit."

Does this mean only purchased from IBM, or purchased from anywhere?

Does anyone have experience with this?

only from IBM.. if bought elsewhere, the vendors policie apply.....
