X32 Fan clicking noise.

Hi,
My X32 genereting very irritatign clicking noise when the cpu fan are on. The BIOS and Firmware are the latest version.
Is anybody can tell me what I can do witch it?

I noticed that as well on my X31 after one year. Sometimes it happens and sometimes not. Fortunately the fan is off most of the time.
