Can I get my x60 to display 720p resolution?

#1 Post by yiplong » Mon Jul 14, 2008 12:25 pm

I have a plasma TV 50' running 1365x768 native resolution. Sadly, this is not one of the available resolutions from the x60 laptop. Is there anyway I can set a custom resolution profile just for that plasma TV?
I was connecting the laptop to the TV using an analog cable, and the TV's native resolution (1365x768) was not availabe, the closes one is 1360x768, which looks horrible.

5 pixels horizontally should not make much of a difference.

See if the TV has some kind of automatic adjustment feature - it is usually in the setup menu - that should make the signal from the computer "snap" into sync very nicely.

I have a plasma TV running at 1360x768, it looks fine.
