Will the original memory from the A31 work? Not sure it will, just thought I'd ask. I "may" have an extra when I finish my current project.

A31=DDRAM PC2100 200 pin SODIMM

Not compatible.

Ok.. I have a pair of of 128mb pc133 (16Mx64) 3.3V IBM FRU#19K4653. I've used them in my 500MHz 600x without any problem. Chip is Toshiba brand.

I also have few 64Mb sticks.
