HDD Caddy for the X61 Tablet SXGA+

What is the model / product number? URL / Link?
IBM / Lenovo Cost?
Alternative purchase location?

Is it standard 2.5" SATA?

Can it use / fit the 320GB WD Passport Essential SATA HDD? I have a couple of them lying around.

Please post reply. If these HDDs would work in them (X61T, T61) where I could install all NON-WORK experimentals: OSX86, UBunty etc on a separate HDD to play with.

Is the X61T HDD Caddy SWAP going to just as easy?

I placed an order for a HDD Caddy with Rubber Rails for the T6x on Ebay to use a spare 2.5" 320 GB HDD I had lying around.

Could you please tell me if I could use the same CADDY on a X6x or not?

What would be the right / appropriate caddy for that?

same caddy works in all T or X 60 series thinkpads..
and probably other 60 series and beyond..

also, you can buy all you need from one of the advertisers in the banner..
and they are priced moderately..

i will also move this thread to the marketplace..
