Needed.

The female two hole plug from a Thinkpad Screen.

That little white one connected to the inverter.

I just got a T400 2676W1T unit with a backlight that goes out a few seconds after I turn it on. Unit works fine on external VGA. The inverter looks...

don't know if there is a backlight keyboard for the T430 but that's what I would love to have... the thinklight works great but on my T410 using it...
