Hard drives, freight or mail ?

#1 Post by wearetheborg » Thu Jul 24, 2008 8:31 am

I need to transport a couple of hard drives across country.
I can give them to movers who will use freight trailers; or ship using USPS priority.
Would there be a difference ?
I will put the HDDs in their original packaging.

USPS Priority. Never put anything of such nature in a freight environment.

My $0.02 only.

Take it from someone who has moved around a lot...if you can't take it with you, your best bet is USPS...
