WTB: X20/21 with dead motherboard

Looking to cannibalize a screen and possibly a keyboard. I wouldn't sneeze at good hinges, but I'm not holding my breath.

(Does anyone know if screen assemblies are the same for X20/21 and X22/23/24? I know the motherboards differ somewhat in placement of ports.)

Will also consider screens with dead backlight as long as you know the screen was relatively fine before the backlight gave out.

I may be interested in a 256 MB stick of RAM, but hard drive and similar items are not necessary.

I'm going to be in the U.S. starting late August if that makes shipping easier for you.
