Error 2010 for X41 and DK13FA-40

Hello!
I have not disappearing problem with X41 and HTC424040F9AT00.
First of all, I have FRU39T2547 (60GB) in not working condition. So, I decided to buy a new one and since I am not using all 60GB I got 40GB to save some money.

Now, I am getting Error 2010 that is saying that my HDD is not supported.

I tried:
1) update the BIOS to v2.09 (74ET64WW)

2) I also try to update the HDD firmware but it says that my HDD does not need to be updated.

Anyone else got the same problem? Any magic available?

Have You tried to downgrade BIOS to the oldest version? this should be help (I will check it on my own soon witch samsung 1,8' hjc122 ).
