Network connection acts weird when docked

Hi all, my T61's network connection acts weird when docked to my "advanced mini dock". It alternates between "network cable unplugged" and "connecting". (XP, LAN, DHCP, Access Connections installed) I cannot connect to the internet, as a result. This happened a few times before but resumed normal after some time. This time, however, it's been a whole day and does not go away.

The network works just fine when undocked, i.e., using the RJ-45 port on the laptop.


Does anybody know what might be the reason or I have to call the lenovo service line?
