My wife's Uncle came through town on their way home from a vacation project they were on, and had me hook up their digital camera so I could see the progress in the pictures. So I connected it to my wife's new R51 with 15" SXGA+ Flexview panel that happened to be in the living room and started looking through them. As I went along he narrated the pictures through the series which I didn't really think a lot about, until I got through. I realized that he was sitting across the room, which is about 10 feet at an estimated 75-80 degree or so angle to the LCD. He's a middle aged guy with the typical eyes of a glasses wearing 50's age man, so he doesn't have "eye of the eagle". So yeah, I was pretty amazed..... and so was he after I pointed that out to him!

I know this is old news for lots of you, but I got an unwitting real world demonstration of what the Flexview difference is this weekend!
