I know there are many ways to get this back, but she just went ahead and purchased another thru her work. She paid 605.00 2 weeks ago.
All pics are actual unit when we got it.
Screen is beautiful (No blemishes or spots)
Keyboard is also in Exc. Shape ( no shine etc.)
A few scratches-scuffs near the front of palm rest area from an old sticker.
