R40e - changing the hard

The hard drive on my R40e is going - I've ordered a new drive, but can't seem to find instructions on how to create a recovery CD (XP Home) or if there's a way to move the preload from one drive to another. Anyone have useful info to help guide me?

Being a bit of a novice myself, would you know how to discover this specific information. I have entered the words CREATE, RECOVERY and CD into the search and come up with a massive number of results. Is there a specific post that you know of that would identify these steps?... Or am I being a bit slow, and you mean the How & FAQ on IBM/Lenovo site.... either case, I appreciate your assistance.

I can't find it at the moment, but I seem to remember that there are R&R instructions in one of the "stickies" at the top of a conference. I thought I remembered it being in the T4x conference, but apparently not. But you might want to start looking at those. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
