What are your undervolt settings?

#1 Post by aceo07 » Sat Aug 02, 2008 10:36 am

I'm currently doing some undervolt experiments on my X40 1.4ghz. What settings do you guys have?

So far, I've tested these settings with Prime95:

Code: Select all

x6 (600mhz) 0.700V (7hrs large FFTs)
x8 (800mhz) 0.700V (1hr small FFTs)
x9 (900mhz) 0.716V (1hr small FFTs)
x10 (1000mhz) 0.764V (1hr small FFTs)
x11 (1100mhz) 0.780V (1hr small FFTs)
x12 (1200mhz) 0.812V (1hr small FFTs)
x13 (1300mhz) 0.860V (1hr small FFTs)
x14 (1400mhz) 0.892V (7hrs large FFTs, 10hrs small FFTs, 1hr with blend)
In order to do the blend test, swap file needs to exist. Since I'm using CF as my drive, I only performed the test for 1hour.

What are the rest of your settings for the other speeds?

I wish it was possible to get the voltage lower than 0.7V. NHC only allows it to go that low.

Hi

My undervolt settings are

6 x 0,700
8 x 0,764
9 x 0,780
10 x 0,812
11 x 0,844
12 x 0,876
13 x 0,908
14 x 0,924
15 x 0,956
16 x 0,988

I am using this settings for half a year. Tested for a couple of days (these are stable, i tried also lower voltage but unstable).

I had successfully undervolted my Pentium M R51e, but I couldn't underclock my Pentium III-M X22. After a bit of googling, I found that rmclock does not support underclocking in PIII-M and PIV.

Could anyone tell me any other software to underclock PIII-M?

Thanks
