Which CCFL for a R50p (IPS Flexview 15" UXGA)?

Hello,

recently the screen of my Thinkpad R50p screen went dark. I diagnosed it to be the CCFL (nverter works, external screen works, ...). The display is:

IPS Flexview 15" UXGA (1600x1200)
And according to ThinkWiki: IDtech N150U3
The FRU for the panel is: 92P6752

After reading through the forums I want to give the repair a try. I am unsure which CCFL to get, though:

-What diameter?
-What length?
-What color temperature?

Anything else that I need to consider? Additionally I would be happy to hear about shop recommendations for Germany.
