Lenovo outlet

Does anyone know how to translate the part # (e.g. 765L3L3289) on the Lenovo outlet to a product # so that one can look up the specs?

Also is there any way to search the outlet site to find a machine with say 14.1 SXGA+ etc. The search function does not seem to work and clicking on every single TP image is really slow.
