Processor Choice Now Gone for W500?!

When I looked this morning, there was a choice to downgrade from the T9400 processor to the T9600 ($275 less). Now there's no choice and you have to take the T9400 (and pay the $275). Has anyone else noticed this? Or have an explanation of it?

The choice is still there:

T9400 standard
T9600 + $275
