T61 WWAN Suggestions

Hello, new to the forum, looking for suggestions.

I have a T61 that I ordered with the WWAN antennae and no card in the internal slot. I'd like to add an internal card and am looking for suggestions from those that have them. Carriers here in MN are Sprint / Cingular / ATT / Verizon and I'm open to any of them.
