Slow startup after installing Bluetooth CDC on X40

I've just installed Bluetooth CDC on my x40 running on Windows XP SP2. Before that my x40 needs only 40-50 second to boot up. After installing the Bluetooth CDC, my x40 takes around 2-3 minutes to start up. I've not install any IBM drivers for the Bluetooth III and using only SP 2 driver. The only driiver relating to CDD that I use is the IBM modem driver.

Plaease help. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
