T43 Clock Error

My T43 does not keep the correct time. It changes about two hours and must be reset. It is still under warranty.

Would just replacing the BIOS battery fix the problem or should I send it in for EZserv repair?

Could be a weak CMOS battery. Could also be that Windows is automatically syncing the clock to the wrong time zone (double-click the clock in the system tray and check both the Time Zone and Internet Time tabs.
