I'd like to consider it but can buy a new one from a merchant for that price with free shipping....come down on your price some and we'll talk.

Cliff,
In a PM, Only Thinkpad came down a bit on the price and I ended up buying it. Since it's here in front of me, I'll tell you:
On a sticker at the top of the HDD it says:
ASM P/N 13N6800 5400RPM
FRU P/N 13N6801
Model: HTS540040M9AT00
Other than that, on the original white sticker portion the label reads:
IBM P/N: 13N6796 (Hitachi P/N: 08K0846)
MLC: DA1019

It has 16383CYL, 16 Heads, 63SEC/T
78.140.160 LBA's

Other than that, at the very top, it has in big letters:
N155 and E182115T and under that, LES

Don't know what else to tell you, but it doesn't sound like the same drive as yours. BTW, I'd like to thank OnlyThinkpad for selling this to me. It checked out fine and I have re-partitioned it, ready for using Ghost to increase the HDD size on my friends' X31.
