I have an X31 I'm installing Fedora on (actually, the disc ejected about 2 minutes ago and I need to reboot).
Anyone know where I can get the drivers for the internal Phillips 802.11ABG card?
And also, how do I install it? extreme linux n00b here.

from what i can see that philips card seems to be atheros-based, so you should be able to use the madwifi drivers. have a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/madwifi/ and http://www.mattfoster.clara.co.uk/madwifi-faq.htm . Don't know if there are any rpms for fedora, but you're probably best of compiling an up-to-date version yourself. There should be quite some documentation in the source package, but if you need help, i'll be happy to try

just found this - quite detailed instructions for installing the madwifi drivers on a fedora system (the author uses the rpm port of apt to install packages, but that's covered further up on the page) http://vsharma.net/thinkpad-t41p-fedora ... -bluetooth.
hope that helps
