I'd sell you my 512mb of genuine IBM from my T40 for $20, though I dont know why you wouldn't get the above 1GB instead.

Frys is now showing the memory as $48.99 minus $25.00 rebate, which is $23.99 plus $6.32 shipping to me (D.C.) - total $30.31.

Still a very good price, but you do have to process the rebate form and wait for the check.
