Thinking to change my T40 HD to 7K60

I am new here. Again, not a native speaker~ Sorry, if sentances are comfusing.

As the subject, I am cosidering to upgrade HD.
How can I map the hidden partition to the new HD and remain hiding.
My plan of partitions will be three -- C, D and the hidden one.

Please advise!
