Bluetooth MIA - X61 Tablet - Vista Ultimate

I did a clean install of Vista and re-added all the drivers through Thinkvantage, but bluetooth was nowhere to be found. I went to Lenovo and manually downloaded all the bluetooth stuff, no luck. Check the device manager, no luck

Help! The system has bluetooth, it worked fine out of the box but no go with the clean install. What am I missing?

I had a similar problem after my HD was replaced, and found a post that said to install the Thinkpad Power management driver. After I did that, bluetooth worked (Fn + F5).
