t43 screen half works

So I'm new here. HI Y'ALL! I have a T43 from 2006
I trolled the boards for a good hour, trying different keywords, and couldn't find anyone with the same issue as me...

Half of my screen works, the left half. The right half displays some white/blue lines then its all black. No, my laptop doesn't have SBS(Shaken Baby Syndrome). It randomly happened, wasn't the result of a drop, throw, or shake. I opened it today, getting ready for classes to start back up, and it looks like this...

My thoughts are a loose cable between LCD monitor and motherboard, but I don't know how to remove the stuff in a T43 to check it. Keyboard, sure, but I get lost on the rest.

Thoughts, suggestions, commentary?

I must also add, everything works perfect on it! There are no issues, hardware or software, besides this weird screen.

K just tried fiddling with the connector to the screen. Nothing. Tried the 2 little power cords that connect too, and nothing. At least now I know how to replace the screen if there is no other fix!
