Single External Speaker for X31

#1 Post by elray » Tue Aug 26, 2008 7:34 pm

Its not that I'm going deaf, well, maybe. But I use my X31 in a fairly noisy locations, and occasionally, the onboard speaker is insufficient, and headphones are not an option.

Anyone have a small and light, ipod-ish single speaker that will attach and support itself via the headphone jack, without blocking the USB port immediately adjacent?

Is there a better way?

Hi,

Do a search for:

"USB powered speakers"

Here's one:

Don't expect arena filling volume or pounding bass...

Do you really want one speaker, or two? Subwoofer?

Good health, Weogo

Hey Mr Reed, long time no see.

Meyer HD1s would work quite nicely.
