Finding out LCD manufacturer?

Hey all. I recently had the LCD replaced on my T42. Previously it had been made by IDTECH; is there any way I can found out if my new one is also made by IDTECH or if it was Samsung-manufactured? I don't believe any FRUs are listed on the repair paperwork, and I don't see any way to find the manufacturer in the system properties. I don't have any real reason for wanting to know, mainly just curiosity. I can't see a difference in the screens so apparently it's either IDTECH or any differences are negligible.
