Ok, I know this is a MLC supertalent SSD drive.
But I really need more space on my X300, and the 128gb one seems like a budget to me(for under $500)

Does anyone know if it fits in a X300?
As known it has a micro-SATA interface which used in X300.

I was considering this too, but decided against it. Reviews at NewEgg.com for the 2.5" version are mostly negative. You're better off waiting for the new Samsung or Intel MLC drives. Or look at it another way. You can buy the new 128gb Samsung SLC 1.8" for $1250 from Lenovo, then sell your 64gb on ebay. So net cost is only about $650.
