I have an UltraBay slim DVD/CDRW drive which I have marked "noisy, but works". I don't have a unit to test in, but if I recall correctly, the laser movement is excessively noisy. In my testing, the drive successfully read and wrote CDs, and read DVDs.

This is for sale AS-IS. Asking price is $15 shipped USPS priority. Offers considered. Other methods available at your cost. PM if interested. Thanks!
