Not sure what happened here, when XP starts up the T60 only displays as if the screen size is a standard sized display with 2 blank panels on each side of the display area. There is a full screen display while in the firmware/BIOS and during the early boot, when XP starts is where the problem begins. I have looked in the control panel --> display settings but do not see any options to configure/widen the display settings.
This was working fine and it seemed to manifest when I started using a dual screen implementation.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
T60 wide screen fails to display full screen in XP OS
OK, have you tried to set up a Presentation Director profile with both screens or with only the built-in one but in either case with the native resolutions of the screen(s)?
Another alternative would be to use the ATI control center (assuming you have a discrete GPU) and see whether that allows you to set the native resolution of the LCD.
