WTB: Cheap X31, X32, X40 or X41

Looking for something under $400, much under if possible. I'd like a good battery and an ultrabase, but care more about machine condition than extras.

MUST have a wireless card with G wireless installed and at least a 40GB hard drive. Also, must be in outstanding cosmetic condition, have tight hinges and no screen issues. I'm not looking for something that I will have to work on, rather it should be ready to use and look clean and professional enough for courtroom work,
