Thinkpad T22 wifi upgrade

I have a Thinkpad T22 and would like to have a upgrade on the combo card to enable a wifi without having the PCMCIA card plugging in all the time. Is there any disadvantages over it?? Can the LAN and modem still can be used after that??

As I recal from asking simialr about my T22, I think you can upgrade ti the combo WiFi card, however you will lose one or the other, I cannot recall which, of the modem or NIC. Also, your reception on WiFi should be pretty bad as the T22 has no antenna in the LCD screen frame for it. You would merely have the connector on the combo card for an antenna.
