#1 Post by krcmd » Mon Sep 08, 2008 8:38 pm

Is there an easy way to export Password Manager entries to a cd or thumbdrive to set up a new t43?

thanks

If you have your old machine and your new machine to hand, then try using System Migration Assistant (SMA).

I think it worked for me when I migrated things from an R40 to my T43 but that was 30 months ago and I seem to have trouble remembering what happened five days ago. :?

I was adding a new user and resetting the Power-on password for mine this weekend, and I thought that the Fingerprint Manager and Password Manager component of Client Security (I'm using old version 6) had an export function. I didn't investigate it, so it may not be what you're looking for.
