WWAN Kit part numbers

Fellow padders,

For the T61 (8891-CTO), to add WWAN (most likely Verizon): Besides the obvious EV-DO card, I've read that an antenna kit and shield kit need to be added. What would be the part numbers for these? Forum searching has not turned up much along these lines.

Keep in mind that I don't want to get rid of my 802.11 card. I like Atheros way too much.
