Creaky Right Palm Rest

Anyone else have a creaky right palm rest above the hard drive? Any solutions?

Yep. That the only part of the computer that does give (and is a disappointment). I've thought about putting something under there. That plastic sure is thin (though to be fair it doesn't need much since the frame is sturdy).

Surely someone has tackled it before...

My T61 has exactly the same feature. Surely they've deliberately designed a little bit of "give" into this area to cushion one's wrist and hopefully prevent repetitive motion injuries.
