T43's battery has got a strange status!!

Hi,all.I am exhausted about the problem.
When the power plug connected, the battery led just flashed and the indicating gauge always showed zero.I trid using the Power manager and BatteryMon to check the battery details,it showed some strange characters on it.(check the following pics)

I also tried using the power manager to reset it and failed.
Does anyone have any ideas about it and is it possible to recharge it?
Or the battery is just dead and needs to replace new one?

In my opinion the battery is shot. I have not seen a way to reset or repair the internal battery electronics.

The battery is not just like a flashlight battery. There is complicated circuitry. Your battery's circuitry is busted.
