Trouble With USPS Tracking

I know it isn't "tracking" per se, but the last few items I've sent, including one that's on its way to a forum member right now, have shown no status updates throughout the shipping process. It's been "Electronic Info Received" for four or five days, then "Delivered" with nothing in between.

Anyone else having trouble with USPS tracking the past few weeks?

Weeks?. I have seen that same issue off and on for years.

That is how it has been for me too. Only one time have I seen the USPS tracking actually show the progress of a package and I thought it was a mistake.
If you take the tracking number to the post office they can get the details for you.

Me three, sometimes it shows the stops along the way, other times it does not.

I believe only express mail is supposed to have detailed tracking, for priority it's just a bonus, when it works.
