T61 - Can not install latest NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 140M Drivers

I have a T61 (7665-17U) with XP Professional SP2 for about a year now. I've been keeping my system up-to-date using the ThinkVantage System Update.

Appears I can install everything from the Lenovo site except NVIDIA drivers 6.14.11.7471. System Update looks like it installs it & then tells me to do a system restart. When I use System Update again after the restart, it still lists the 6.14.11.7471 NVIDIA drivers.

When I do a Control Panel - System - Device Management - Display Adapters - Properties for NVIDIA, the driver is listed as version 6.14.11.5685. When I do the MS System Information thru Accessories it says that version 6.14.11.7471 is installed! Which version is actually installed?

I tried to manually install the drivers & directly intall from the Lenovo site and got the same results. The BIOS version installed on my system is LETB7WW & I've also installed QFE Q94188.
