I just received my X200 machine. It's a beautiful piece of hardware!
I have no complains on anything yet: keyboard is solid (no flex); no dead pixels (typically, ALL my ThinkPads have had 1 dead pixel); WiFi Link 5100 works very well; runs very cool (X60s was hot!).
This is my first time using Vista and it may take me a bit of time to get used to all those questions. I'm running the 64-bit version because I wanted to have 4 GB RAM. The machine works well, but I keep wondering if all the software I need will run on the 64-bit OS. So far so good, but I'm sure I will find a couple of surprises.
