upgrading nvidia memory?

Picked up a T61 with the nvidia Quadro NVS 140M (128MB). Can the video ram be increased to 256M or 512M? There does not seem to a lot of tech info on this GPU.....

There's a Turbocache feature that lets you give the GPU some of the system ram. Not as fast as the GPU having more of its own ram, but it might help.

Only way to change anything else GPU-related is by changing out the whole motherboard (or the whole laptop while you're at it).
