Ubuntu as a Virtual Guest using VirtualBox on Vista

#1 Post by dfumento » Thu Sep 25, 2008 2:18 pm

Ubuntu works really well for me using VirtualBox on Vista/Windows 2008 for me. Just be certain that virtual mode is enabled in the BIOS and that the VT mode is selected on the virtual machine. I allocated 10 GB disk and 512 MB RAM and I'm really happy with the performance. It also includes USB access. It shuts down in a moment and starts up in a moment.
