That seller sells only factory defect screens as far as I can tell. You can tell by this disclaimer...

Regarding the samsung screens, some of the early wuxga screens made by samsung were pretty bad, but quality improved remarkably. Since you have the screen already, you may want to fire it up and get an idea of it's quality before deciding, but at best it won't be as good as a genuine screen and at worse will have multiple faults and obvious poor quality.

As for ebay rules, even if you order a screen and get sent a harddrive by mistake, you still have to pay for return shipping, but the original shipping to you will be refunded if the product is "not as described".

ps. because of quality issues with the wuxga screens, many of us prefer the wsxga screens. I have some genuine ones if you're interested.
