T500 ATI Mobility Radeon 3650 driver for WinXP?

Hello all, we are looking into buying some T500 laptops for our company. I currently have a loan T500 but cannot get the ATI drivers to work on XP SP3. I have downloaded 7yd117ww from lenovo.com and all the setup file appears to do is install .net 2.0

Has anyone got any ideas I can try before I just decide to go for Dell or something else?

Welcome to the forum,

do you have discrete graphics selected in BIOS? If you don't it's probably only recognising the integrated graphics in XP.
The graphics are not "hot" switchable in XP as they are in Vista, has to be selected in BIOS.
