W500/T500 config to maximize battery life

The TABOOK says maximum of 9+ hours with 9-cell battery on
its W500/T500 pages. Seem like overestimates.

What's a realistic number? What have you experienced for battery life
for your W500 or T500? Please also include brief config.

I am currently building a config to order and would like some
feedback on this as battery life is quite important to me.

Would the T9400 proc with WSXGA+ give me maximum battery life?

p9500 should be marginaly better

P9500 doesn't seem to an option on either T500 or W500 anymore.
