Does adding Intel Turbo memory realy make a diffrence?

Just wondering if by adding a Intel Turbo memory into the extra MiniPCI-E slot realy make a diffrence?
Any good or bad comments on them?

The W510 I am using, is oscillating between 920Mhz and 1.6Ghz on all four cores.

Set up is 135W adapter, Maximum Performance power manager profile....
