i am happy with mine X31 and X60 regarding size factor, anything smaller, typing on their midget keyboards hurts the hand.
R61i 4 gig, X60 3 gig, T60 3 gig, X31 2 gig, T40 2 gig, Macbook Pro 17 inch HD and many other laptops.
