How can I get the AR9002 or AR9001 mini-PCIe card??

Folks, as 802.11n technology progresses, Atheros came out with the the AR9001 recently, and then its third-generation AR9002 cards.

Where would I order those? Lenovo must have them, no? Atheros directly? I think they only sell to companies, and maybe even only to laptop/WiFi router manufacturers??

If anyone has one, I'd love to buy one, used or new, doesn't matter.
