I just wanted to update in this thread - Brad is an amazing seller - great machines (we got 2 and my sister bought 1) and when the DVD broke on one machine he immediately shipped us a replacement. Sadly, I still have not found someone to take the broken DVD back to the US, but I'm working on it Brad!

However; if things dont get sorted soon> please PM ME and I will CONNECT you to the USA's local INTERNET FRAUD personnal's those that deal with 'internet fraud'. I see that not only LOCAL but INTERNATIONS sale(s) occued from USA= thus making it a FEDERAL JUDICATATIONS - thus making it easier to procute the offenders.

Cant promise anything but can atleast make sure honest vendors & business dont suffer.
